Our task was to rebrand Tip-Top 24, which previously dealt with cleaning services, management and maintenance of properties.<\/p>

As it expanded its services and changed its target group, the new branding had to reflect that change and clearly communicate that it is possible to find complete support for luxury real estate owners in one place.<\/p>

That\u2019s how Tip-Top 24 became Lux Top 360, a so-called one-stop shop for luxury property owners and a first-class concierge service provider for vacationers looking for a luxury vacation.<\/span><\/p>

The new name is international, short, effective, easy to remember and has a universal meaning \u2013 it clearly communicates the core of the brand and sets expectations.<\/span><\/p>
